Kava is prepared from the rhizome and roots of Piper methysticum plants which are grown chemical free in the South Pacific islands of Vanuatu. Herb Pharm only uses pharmaceutical-grade alcohol to extract their Kava (never industrial solvents).

Each vegetarian capsule contains 2.00 mg of Kava (Piper methysticum) rhizome and root extract providing 60 mg of kavalactones.

Take 1. or 2. capsules, 2. or 3 times per day. Best taken between meals.
